Hi my name is Saleh, in this term we made circuit, geo board, marble challenge. First I was with Mr Riceman to make circuit. In circuit making, we had battery and light and we had to make the light to turn on.  After the circuit we did marble challenge with Mr R. In marble challenge, we had to make the bridge and put the marble in the bridge. Mr R measured with a ruler. Some bridge broke but some bridge supported the marble. After this we made geo board with Ms Sands and Mr Kim. In geo board making, we measured and cut the wood with saw then we use the hammer to nail it on the board. Then we used the rubber bands to make some shapes. I loved to work with hammer and nails.

 

The New Playground

On 26 July 2018 we got to play on the new play ground. We set on the ground. It was windy day. I was feeling very excited to see the play ground . The play ground has a new slide and monkey bars. The kapahaka group sang songs. My favourite part is the monkey bar. Then Mr Craig cut the ribbon to the play grand. The senior's picked the juniors to play with. I had fun.

How to make the paper mache fish

In school we are doing an art show.All the class had to do different art . Room 1 did the fish, Room 2 did the animals, Room 3 did the bird and  Room 4 did the elephant.It toke us two week to do our fish.  it very good to see the other art.My favourite part is when we did the painted  the fish.Here is my slide show. They are smart because they follow instruction like sit, run and  catch .

They have brown eyes. The dogs have wiggly  tail. Dogs are funny because they make you laugh.

Dogs are good friend because they help you. They keep you safe from robber.

Dogs are helpful because they help the police. They help  to get the robber. Dogs help police by smelling the robber.

MR rice man you should get a dog because they are smart, good friend and helpful.

zoo trip

Yesterday we went to the zoo. We go to the zoo to learn about animals. We saw lots of animals. My favourite animals is black roster because i see lats of roster but i haven't seen the black roster. We make 12 group each of group have 6 people. We go whet a double decker. We go to some where  dark to see the kiwis . The kiwi  only comes out  in the night time.I learn the kiwi eggs a big and heavy. The a other school is coming to see the animals. We have so fun together.
   

tiritiri matangi

 Last week  we went to the Tiritiri matangi island for the trip. We saw lots of bird and we saw lots of trees.The Tiritiri matangi is 220 hectors island.
They have many endangered animals .They have lots of birds. They have birds name like Tui. We went on the  bus to the ferry, then we went  on the ferry to the island. The Tiritiri matangi island have 3000 tree. my favourite thing on the island was light house.I  also enjoyed the ferry ride.
